Four Critical Steps To Setting Up Home Theater!

The best home theater system in the world will cost you a fortune, that's a given! Truth is, you don't need to spend a fortune. Problem with many potential home theater enthusiasts is they are waiting for the right time to set up.

There is no right time! Your best home theater won't suddenly show up. Now is a great time to get started because pricing has never been so good.

Apart from the vast array of home theater components available at the major department stores, opportunities to purchase equipment online has opened up a whole new world for buyers which inevitably has led to greater competition for the buyer's dollar. The Basics Of Home Theater

Today, home theater requires four basic components.

- The television, either LCD or Plasma. Many enthusiasts suggest at least a 4o inch tv.
- A DVD player.
- A receiver for decoding channels feeding the relative speakers during your playback session.
- Speakers however, for full home theater effect, the days of speakers either side of the television are gone. In this scenario, 4-6 speakers is desired for surround sound effect.

Price Of Home Theater

It's difficult to suggest a specific price for your best home theater set up. Each one of the components listed above provide an effective cinema-style scenario when all working in unison.

For between $1500-3000, you are working at the lower end of the price range but don't be fooled; there are some excellent bargains to be picked up in this price range. The bottom price rung is an extremely competitive market and sellers are normally happy to do deals. The options decrease the higher the price as the market isn't as large.

It's important to remember, setting up the best home theater system in the world isn't a race. It's a step-by-step process. Technology changes rapidly and there are new and better options coming onto the market all the time. The other thing to consider is brand choice. It's a little like shopping for cars: people have their preferences and will be loyal to a particular brand.

Once you have the basics to your home movie set up established, then it's time to think about accessories... but that's for another time!

Content Composer, a New Way to write Blogs and Articles

The man behind PortalFeeder and Article Announcer, Jason Potash has just launched Content Composer to the public. I was lucky to be amng the first to use this content creation and management system a few months ago. Content Composer is not just an article rewriter, nor is it a text generator it is a complete system for people needing to manage the content creation process from specification to outsourcing to creating variations and even checking up on Ghostwriters. For me, Content Composer has pretty much replaced a wordprocessor such as that in Open Office.

I think CC is a really great tool but there is a lot to it. To help prospective buyers Jason has produced a series of Content Composer videos over on his blog.

In the words of Jason Potash: ‘With version 3.0 now here, this software includes everything you’d ever want to produce great content that delivers great results, while saving you a whack of time and money every month. And now, I’d like to show you how…’

Take a look, see what he and his team have done!

How To Build A Decent Audio Book Library

An impressive audiobook library is easy to build with the technology of the internet. You can find almost any book you want in audio format for a bargain price or, in some cases, even free. This is ideal for those living on a budget but still need an exciting or educational book to listen to during long car trips. You can get your favorite book in a convenient MP3 format from a website or order it straight from the company on a CD or cassette tape. Either way, you can easily build an audio book library filled with a variety of books from different genres.

Christian audio-books are one of the most popular genres in the audio book industry. People seek out Christian books because they enjoy listening to them on the way to work as a means of motivation and spiritual inspiration. Christian audio books also provide various translations of the Holy Bible and other Christian educational materials in audio format. Besides this genre, there are also business audio books and children's audio books, as well as anything in between and more.

Parents will appreciate the large selection of audio books children will enjoy. You can find just about any children's book in audio format that they can listen to on long car rides or instead of watching television. Your children can listen to a number of fairy tales or fun filled books as well as stories that educate and teach important life lessons. Imagine your children's excitement as they listen to The Chronicles of Narnia using their imagination rather than watching it on the television screen. Other exciting stories take on a new imaginative quality when enjoyed through audio books. Children are sure to develop a more vivid imagination when parents expose them to this audio form of entertainment.

Are there really good online paid surveys?

Paid surveys are not new, but many people are discovering them as the Internet makes them more popular. Have you ever wondered exactly how the whole thing works? We have collected a few questions which we have provided answers to, in order to help you better understand how paid surveys online work.

What is a survey?

A survey is a "gathering of data or opinions to be representative of a whole." This is a good description if you want to better understand what you will get from an online paid survey. A survey is basically several questions which are designed to tell the surveyor more about a specific topic. For example, product satisfaction surveys generally are made up of questions intended to determine your opinion about a product: how useful you find it, whether you consider it expensive or reasonably priced, how often you would buy it, how you would use it, and more.

Spoken Audio Recordings Cassette - Original Audiobook Format

Not very long ago, people who enjoyed listening to audiobooks had to enjoy them using audio books cassette tapes. Long before CDs invaded the media industry, and even longer before the internet revolutionized the media industry, audio books cassette tapes provided hours of education and enjoyment for book lovers. For some, audio book cassette tapes are still the preferred way to listen to a favorite book during long trips or relaxing evenings at home. Cassettes have their positive qualities, but more recent audio book formats have proven to be more efficient.

The audio book industry began with audio book cassette tapes. At the time, the Walkman was the most popular portable media player. This little device is still great for many reasons. Playing an audio book cassette is ideal if you are going for a walk or exercising because you do not have to deal with the frustrations of a skipping CD when listening to your favorite audiobooks. Cassette tapes are not prone to skipping, so you can jog without worrying about the stuttering sounds of the reader of your audiobooks. Other portable media players, such as iPods, are fragile and not durable enough to play through vibrations and bouncing.

Audiobook cassettes are not without their disadvantages though. If you want to enjoy your favorite book on a long car ride or as a peaceful evening activity, other audio book forms are ideal. Audio book cassette tapes do not offer the option of a "quick skip", which is the ability to skip to the next chapter with the simple push of a button. Cassette tapes are also less durable than CDs and other digital formats. The tape can stretch or twist, which will negatively affect the sound quality of the audio book cassette. Even when the cassette tape is at its best, the sound quality is inferior to that of the CD or MP3 format.

No Duplicate Content: Rewrite Articles With Phrase Substitution

Phrase substitution is one of the best ways to rewrite content. It is, not automatic, at least in setup but once setup is done can large numbers of high quality rewritten articles on tap.
content composer reviews
Essentially phrase substitution is a brother to synonym substitution, it comes from the premise that changing words makes pages unique. With phrase substitution one changes anything from a single word up to a whole paragraph, one can use one variant, or more, there is no fixed limit on how many variants there should be. Some content spinners use phrase substitution in conjunction with other forms of rewriting, Content Composer is one of those. These integrated systems can give the most flexibility and degree of change. However, phrase substitution, used on its own can also be a very viable article rewriting strategy. In addition to Content Composer I use a program from Cuztech which is pretty basic but very easy to use. Their PLR Spinner allows the user to very rapidly create even hundreds of unique articles in minutes using very simple techniques. To create versions one simply types version one of article and lets the software spin as many new versions as you wish. The great thing about phrase sustitution is that the process of making the new versions of the article is very natural, no need to think about dictionaries and thesauruses, just write and instead of throwing out changes that you might have previously discarded you keep them! Systems like PLR Spinner even enable users to ‘nest’ changes within the brackets, creating whole new levels of change.

Compared to synonym substitution phrase substitution is favoured because it usually changes the structure of the article as a whole. It works best when the user changes whole phrases with differing numbers of words in them.

Most of the Phrase substitution software do not keep track of how much variety there is between versions, this is a failing. Content Composer does enable these comparisons of duplicate content to be made and as a free gift to all readers we have, courtesy of the guys at Content Composer, software that you can use with your favourite rewriter to see just how good a job it is doing! Writing With Synonyms To Create Unique Content

checking software CLICK NOW!
Synonym substitution - the content maker takes an article and then changes words, usually using synonyms (words with similar meaning to each other) so that the content appears to be different. This process can be done by hand using a word processor such as Open Office. Over the past year we have seen software designed to make the task automatic.

This is a popular technique for creating unique content. There are many software packages that promise rapid success when using substitution. At first glance synonym substitution makes a lot of sense. By changing a word with a particular meaning for another word of similar meaning the writer can rapidly/quickly/speedily/hastily create an article that appears/seems/looks to be quite different from the original. But the technique is not perfect. Very often words mean one thing in one context but have a different meaning in another. So a sentence that makes sense with one word can be nonsense when your software chooses/culls/elects/singles/craves/hankers an inappropriate substitute.

There are two main ways of doing synonym/word substitution. Firstly one can do the job by hand, simply going through the article and using a thesaurus, either on paper, or online and choosing words to change. This is a very slow process unless one has a very large personal vocabulary. The slowness is the reason most writers tend to prefer automated systems. Synonym substitution software can be very fast but there are a couple of challenges. Unless the writer has a very large personal vocabulary he or she can not always know which words suggested will be good and often bad choices result. When the choices are made by the software then bad choices are inevitable!

Another drawback of synonym substitution is that it does nothing to change the structure of an article. A human might be fooled by a few word changes but a computer duplication checking algorithm will not be and so there is little point in using synonym substitution on its own. As a part of an integrated content system that {employs multiple techniques|uses multiple methods|several techniques) to ensure good quality results from the point of view of both humans and search engines word substitution can be very effective, as long as the results are carefully monitored by the user.

Getting Specific: The eBay Product Challenge

The day of decision has finally arrived; it’s time to lock down your choice of what to sell on eBay. If you’ve been doing your eBay homework you now know that there is almost no area, no matter how esoteric, that has been overlooked by the eBay community. Don’t despair; just because there are already eBay merchants selling the product you want to sell that doesn’t mean you can’t still make money. You will, however, have to approach your business with care and planning.

Let’s say you’ve decided to combine your spouse’s Saturday morning habit of hitting garage sales and your Saturday morning habit of hitting the links into an eBay business. You’re going to offer “slightly used” golf clubs for the discriminating buyer. Sounds like a good idea. Let’s spend this Saturday morning hitting eBay. Try searching for golf clubs in a very generic way (putters, irons) and a very specific way (Callaway, Big Bertha). Take detailed notes about the responses you receive. You’ll want to remember what categories were turned up by the different searches. Most importantly, you’ll want to see how the competition has positioned itself. You are looking for the narrow grooves that haven’t yet been filled or haven’t been filled completely.

Auto Insurance Female : How To Save

Because of the stereotype that you often hear about women being bad drivers, it would be easy to assume that this means women will generally pay more for auto insurance female. However, this is not the case. In fact, women generally enjoy a discount on their car insurance because insurance companies believe that women are less likely to get involved in car accidents and are generally safer drivers than men. They base these beliefs on road accident statistics.

Because women represent a lower accident risk to car insurance companies they are able to adjust their premiums accordingly. This means savings on female car insurance. So rather than women being penalized for their driving style, they are rewarded for their lower overall accident rates.

So the next time you hear someone complain about women drivers, you can point out the savings women receive for their safe driving record.

What is PortalFeeder?

PortalFeeder is a software created by internet marketing geniuses Jason Potash, Jason Katzenback, and Marc Quarles. All very successful marketers in their own right, they have combined their efforts to create an application that helps you create unique, consistently-updating websites.

PortalFeeder opened its doors to a limited number of subscribers in December 2005. I made the decision at the time to become a charter member. The software we started with was a little buggy and difficult at times. However, I could see there was a lot of promise there.

Through the last year plus, the Portal Feeder concept has evolved into a much more robust package that is truly amazing. I will post more details later on what it is now capable of.

There have also been additional tools to help online marketers, which I will detail in future posts. Best of all has been the community. PF has one of the best, friendliest, and most knowledgeable forums anywhere online.

With The Aid of Technological Advancements Asset Management, Has Become a lot Easier

Since technology has entered almost every field in the business arena, performance has seemingly increased by leaps and bounds and the effort that once was needed to achieve these performance results has been greatly reduced. Now it's time to think about asset management. With the aid of technology, asset management, has become a walk in the park.

Just What is Asset Management, and How Dose Technology Aid it?

Asset management is the process of organizing all of the information pertaining to your assets in order to optimize and utilize their performance. In the past before the technology made its way into the field of asset management, this was done manually. While the manual asset management process is better than not having one at all, it is still highly cumbersome and very difficult to do with a large organization. With large corporations, sharing of vital company information is critical in order to increase profits within the organization.

What it is a painfully slow and cumbersome process, manual asset management can be made much easier with the technological applications that are now being used. In today's society asset management has suddenly become easy and achievable. It has become very easy to share information within large organizations and its within reach night and day at the press of a button. With a computer employees have access to necessary data pertaining to their company, this data can be a useful aide when it comes to negotiating business deals.

This is the reason that technological asset management has become popular and accepted by even small companies, who in the past used departments or a small group of people to manage their assets.

It is true that technological asset management has been elevated to an elite form of business management. It has become a way to increase profits in a way that is systematic and scientific. In other words it has become easy to apply theory to business with the application of technology in asset management. It is easy to forecast business profits and losses and it is used to make realistic business plans for the future.

The useful applications of technology in asset management

This technological application improve the businesses chances of getting a bank loan since the asset management software helps project a realistic business plan by showing all of the companies assets.

The technology also simplifies the ability to share information internally and externally, thereby aiding in the decision making and planning. In addition, it is easier to orient yourself when everything is automatically retrieved and analyzed.

Learn How To Make Money Taking Surveys Online

A lot of people are getting online and taking surveys, mainly because you can make good money and work from home, whenever you want. It's also one of the only work at home opportunities that requires no out of pocket costs from you.

The biggest misconception people have is that you can make thousands of dollars with little effort. This is not true. First of all, you're not going to get rich and retire from taking paid surveys online. Second, if you were to ask anyone who makes money taking surveys how they do it, they would all have the same answer - you have to join as many survey panels as you can. This is where a lot of people fail before they even start. While you can make some really good money (several hundred a month), it will require some time and effort on your part.

Still here? Okay. Let's break down the paid survey industry. There are a lot of market research companies online that conduct surveys. The information they gather is used to shape the development and advertising of new and existing products. You may be asked to take a toothpaste survey that asks what type you usually buy, or maybe you'll take a survey about the type of car you drive and gas you buy. The bottom line is your opinion is very important - important enough to pay for it.

To get started, you'll need a valid email account. Most survey panels will require you to confirm your registration by sending you an email with a confirmation link. This is also how you will get invitations to participate in surveys.

Okay, so now you're ready to sign up and start taking surveys. Below is a list of the top 20 survey panels that you should register with - they are the most popular paid survey panels online. Each panel listed is open to anyone and is free to join (and many have a secondary panel that is available to specific demograhics, like men only, moms only, etc). After you register with these 20 paid survey panels, you will begin to receive email invitations to participate in various surveys online.

Click on the first panel link and go through the registration process completely, then return to this site and click the next panel on the list. Some panels will have a simple 1-page registration, while others may have several questions that you must answer. It should only take about 20 minutes to sign up with all of these panels. After you have signed up with all of them, you are ready to move to the last step.

Yes, there are free online surveys that pay

Are there really free online surveys that pay, or are they a legend like leprechauns and Bigfoot? Many online survey companies promise to pay real money for what most people would do for free in their spare time. Filling out opinion surveys is not new, but the idea of taking surveys for money surprises a lot of people. They are even more surprised when they find out how much money they can potentially make.

It's true that there are actually free online surveys that pay. We, as consumers, look for opportunities to share our knowledge of products and services with the corporations that sell them to us and those corporations are even more interested in what we consumers have to say. It helps them build better products, market those products better, and improve their overall profitability.

The classic example of fish flavored cough syrup in plastic bags is a good one. It's just something that no one is going to buy. Making a product without thorough market research on real consumers can end up costing a business millions of dollars, so giving gifts or paying a fee to get a valid opinion can save companies a lot of money and time.

Free online surveys that pay that are available in a variety of places online. Be very careful however, because along with those free opportunities are less reputable survey companies. There are companies that will offer a list of free surveys, but to get the list is not free. They charge you money for the "convenience" of having already done the free online survey research for you.

Compare Car Insurance And Save

You often hear about how important it is to compare car insurance in order to work out if you're getting the best deal. This can be difficult to do because no two car insurance companies offer the same terms and conditions and so often you're not realling comparing the same thing.

The best way to handle this is to approach it in 2 stages, especially if you're not sure what you need in a car insurance policy. In the first instance, gather a selection of quotes and try to be as open as possible about what benefits you are seeking. Once the quotes are in, you can then go through each of them to decide whether the extras they are offering are worth paying for.

Once you've done your initial sort and worked out exactly what you want, you can then go back to each company with a specific list of requirements and ask them to quote based on that list. It will then be easy to compare car insurance quotes because all the companies will be quoting on the same set list. There may still be some variations between them but having narrowed the requirements, it will be much easier to make your choice.

Make Your Content Part Of Your Article Marketing Success

Article Rewriter - Content Composer
Almost nine months ago I was invited to try a brand new piece of software, a product that was sold for just one week before being withdrawn from the market. I was a beta tester for that product, Content Composer. Here is what I wrote at the time:

“I am very impressed. Content Composer provides a management solution for those who are serious about content creation, outsourcing writers, or who are writing a lot of content themselves.

Because you need to provide content that fits into theme silos, or across pages or sites Content Composer gives you real time feedback of keyword density and count - live, as you write or edit articles - a very useful feature!

Because there are dishonest people, you can check all content against the major search engines, see instantly that the work you have paid for is unique to you!

You need to maximize your time and so Content Composer allows you to make multiple variations of your articles in a way that looks natural and readable for human readers.

As the owner of an article directory, I see too much content that has been ‘generated’ by content spinners and mutators, I reject it as soon as I see the obvious tell-tale signs. The content variation tools offered by Content Composer enable users to produce articles that will pass my checks and I am always happy to receive unique, quality content!

For serious users of Article Announcer the new management tools of Content Composer will come as a Godsend - not just multiple resource boxes, but multiple article variants!

I used Content Composer as a standalone product and found it to be first rate, it will change the way I manage my workflow. The documentation is first rate. But its real value will come as a part of a full-on, integrated content creation and management system:
Content Composer to create and manage the words/articles.

Portal Feeder to handle the website management/content management.

Article Announcer to handle site promotion and traffic generation.

Make no mistake, this is a professional package offering a step forward for content creators and their managers! I know of no other comparable product.

Thanks for the opportunity to work with this and learn how to benefit from it.”

Andrew Wilson

Nine months later and my opinion is unchanged. I use Content Composer and if it were for sale would still recommend it to the serious user of real content on their websites. Content Composer is not designed for the dilettante but for the serious user who needs to manage the whole process of content creation in a scalable manner - no changing tools or systems, but building a business.

Small Business Idea With Tons Of Sauce

What do you make of this small business success story on Dragons Den?

As a small business idea who would have dreamt that "Reggae Sauce" would win small business financing from savvy inverstors.

Yet this is what happened when Levi Roots from Brixton (London UK) appeared on Dragons Den, the reality TV programme where entrepreneurs pitch their ideas live in front of a panel of investors to win start up capital or seed finance.

"Reggae Reggae Sauce" was a hit with two Dragon investors who took a stake in the business.

Levi Roots was nominated Best Reggae singer at the 1998 Mobo awards. He was making the spicy sauce in his kitchen until four weeks ago, when he went on Dragons Den to seek small business financing to expand his business. The outcome, he secured £50,000 seed capital, plus Sainsburys (supermarket store) as well as selling Reggae Reggae Sauce could also be selling "Proper Tings" (the Reggae Reggae Sauce Song). Wow!

An unusual pitch but this is an example where the product speaks for itself.

Don't rush to get this Caribbean sauce from the company's web site just yet. Seems they have been inundated with customers and they are busy cooking up more "Reggae Reggae Sauce."

How To Play The Paid Online Survey Game Safely?

It's true, many people have been earning money while working from the comfort of their own homes. How? Simply getting paid to take online surveys.

You're probably thinking..."No way! Surveys?" That's right! You see, many people still have visions of surveys being those tedious, pain in the butt experiences they're confronted with at shopping malls. You know the ones; you're minding your own business and then you suddenly get ambushed by a person wielding a pen and paper who wants you to give them a few minutes of your time. Well, if you're like me, then your time should be important. Why not get paid for it?

Today, there are plenty of opportunities to get paid to take online surveys. Companies are paying marketing research firms big money to find out people's opinions about their products and these research companies will pay you to take short surveys on a multitude of products.

How Do You Find These Opportunities?

For many newcomers to the paid survey game it's like slicing your way through a jungle. Unsuspecting opportunity seekers have found out the hard way it's a jungle out there. Some have lost money, others have joined unscrupulous operators and ended up on spam lists. There is however, a screening process you can apply to eliminate some of the dangers before you "step in the water."

Get Paid To Take Online Survey Checklist

1. Stick with reputable companies when you first venture online. Greenfield Online is as good as they come and a great way to start a paid survey career.

2. Always check to see if a company has legitimate contact details. Check for phone a number firstly and try it and then an email. Send an email and plan to get a response within 24-48 hours. If not, move on. The same applies if you cannot find legitimate contact details. Move on!

3.Be wary of paying a fee to join a company. There is no need to. If a fee is required then again, move on.

4. Avoid paying for survey databases. You can get the same information for free.

5. Do not disclose personal information. Basic information is required to join most companies but if you are asked for more personal information, sound the alarm bells.

Once you've found your first successful venture you'll gain in confidence and experience. To get paid to take online surveys couldn't be simpler. It's a matter of doing a little due diligence.
