Good customer service training is essential for all of your employees. The world's best businesses offer some of the best customer service training programs which can be very costly but they do it because they realize in order to have clients, they must take care of them so they are willing to put extra money into customer service training employees in the area of pleasing customers or providing customer satisfaction to the best of their abilities.
Cingular Wireless customer service is one of the best examples of exceptional customer service. The employees of Cingular are put through extensive business training programs and taught to handle the customer to the best of their ability. If they aren't able to handle customers to the customer's satisfaction, then representatives know they risk the customer taking their business somewhere else and in that case, their jobs aren't safe.
