How to Start a Home Based Travel Business
You are probably considering the travel industry as a home based career choice because travel is fun and always in demand. If that is the way you think, you are absolutely right! Starting your own home based travel business requires a little research.
The research is actually pretty simple, and I will tell you exactly what I did to get started; I asked a friend a few questions, and then I went to a timeshare presentation. That’s it! End of research. Now here are the details.
A friend of mine has five kids and he travels to the same beach each year with the whole family. So I asked him, "How much does your resort cost each year?" He did not mind telling me at all that it was around $3,500 for a one week stay each year, plus their travel costs, which were relatively low since they always drove.
I then told him how his family could stay at a higher quality luxury resort for $3,500 this year, and for only $300 to $800 per week each year thereafter, and in a wide variety of higher quality international resorts. That was a real eye opener for him.
Now remember, this was research, and for research reasons alone, the fact that my friend was recently unemployed was a plus, as I knew that he was not in a position to buy a membership right now. He had already booked the family vacation for this year, but was more than glad to know about my discount luxury resort membership, and that he could travel during any week of the year, or even multiple times each year at the same weekly rate.
My conclusion for this research was that I was in the right business. Since this conversation put such a big smile on my friend's face, I knew that I could help dozens of families with the luxury resort membership that I was selling from my small computer table and extra telephone line at my home office.
Here is research scenario two: I went to a timeshare presentation. I have avoided these for years, because everyone knows that the high pressure sales techniques of the timeshare sales force have turned many a No into a Yes.
True to form, those very nice timeshare sales professionals turned into pit bulls during the course of the presentation. I went through four managers on account of my unyielding No, and they even employed the good cop/bad cop technique on me.
Their last offer was substantially better than the initial offer (from $55,000 down to $14,000), but they mentioned the word ‘upgrade’ way to frequently. There was no getting over the math; timeshare ownership was a substantially inferior investment when compared to the timeshare alternative I was selling from my humble home office.
This was exceptionally valuable information for me. I have never owned a timeshare, but the condo and maintenance fees associated with ownership, compounded by blackout weeks, exchange fees and upgrade charges, really helped me to understand why so many people I know that love to travel have negative feelings toward timeshare ownership.
So there it is. Your research may be a little different, but you get the idea; ask questions and talk to people about their travel habits.
Go to places that may enhance your understanding of the travel industry, such as golf, ski, wilderness or beach resorts, or maybe even a tour of a cruise ship if that is available.
Count the costs, see what customers see, get educated, and then start your own home based travel business.

How to Make Baskets That Are Environmentally Friendly
Basket weaving is a craft nearly as old as human civilization itself. Even today, archeologists throughout the world continue to unearth baskets dating back thousands of years. Radiocarbon dating of baskets found in Faiyum, located in Upper Egypt, indicate they are between 10,000 and 12,000 years old.
Other baskets, found in the Middle East, date back over 7,000 years. Historians agree that these ancient baskets are older than any pottery artifacts excavated to date. In fact, most historians agree that basket weaving is the world’s oldest known craft.
If you bwant to make eco friendly baskets look at these designs:
Basket weaving is more than a tradition. it can provide an unique business opportunity in today's eco friendly environment.
Throughout the centuries, baskets have served a utilitarian purpose. The type of plant life available in a region affected the choice of materials used by basket makers.
Many materials require a specific method of weaving, twisting and/or braiding, as well as a certain texture, to render them durable. Primarily used as vessels or containers, there are baskets woven so tightly that they can carry water and other liquids without leaking a drop. In ancient times, essential basket functions were to carry food, water and seeds, as well as to store clothing and to transport everything from children to chickens.
Today, as in the past, baskets are used to carry dozens of items, from eggs to flowers. Specialty baskets, particularly those crafted by native tribes, serve to carry and store a myriad of items, including, but not limited to, hair adornments, fruits and nuts, mail, and sewing supplies. Baskets are even used to store supplies that crafters use to create other baskets.

MySpace Marketing Ideas
MySpace Marketing Advice
Whether you are nobody or somebody, having an account on myspace these days is more of a cultural status symbol. MySpace has literally exploded from just a few members to millions of members around the world within a very short time span. It has become our favorite place to be and a virtual necessity for those who want to make friends through an online community or find old friends with whom they have lost contact
The benefits of Myspace in relation to internet marketing are wide and varied but here are a couple.
The first benefit of Myspace is that this huge market is very easy to get into. As with most other social networking type sites the key is to getting as many contacts as you can. Simply put the more friends you have the more prospects. Myspace is filled with people who have interests related to your given product or service not matter how obscure it may be.
Another benefit is the ease with which you can "tout" these prospects with the tools Myspace provide. These tools were not originally intended for Internet Marketers but are are a marketers dream from the bulleting to the email messaging and not forgetting your blog which if set up correctly can be as profitable as any wordpress or blogger blog.
Probably the best reason for using Myspace right now is the majority of the spammer marketers have either been scared off by all there accounts being suspended or by the wholesale culling of most of the friend adders like badder adder. There are still some out there and one works very well indeed and has outstripped the legendary badder adder.
In conclusion Myspace is still am excellent way of either selling products or even just as a medium for sending traffic to your money making sites so jump on and start earning your own myspace cash now.

Online Paid Survey Scams - 4 Easy Ways To Avoid Being Ripped Off
The incidence of online survey scams seems to be on the increase despite the publicity they receive. Why do people continually fall for these scams?
The lure of easy money is the main reason people will fall victim to paid survey scams. Getting something for very little work appeals to most but be realistic, if it was so easy then wouldn't every one jump on board and retire from their jobs.
Isolating the bad from the good takes a little skill. More and more people are going online everyday and it's these who are most vulnerable to scams. Many of these newcomers comprise the elderly who seem easy targets for online paid surveys scams.
Just like in the offline world, the elderly are targets for those looking to make a quick buck. That in itself is true irony. The very people who get ripped off are the ones attracted to making easy money. Yet, it's the scam artists offering these incentives who in actual fact, score big.
How To Spot Scams
There are several dead giveaways that all is not right. - Outrageous claims. If it's too good to be true run a mile.
- Outrageous testimonials. Testimonials are easy to fabricate. People look for a reason to take part in something.
- Guarantees and documented evidence. Guarantees in most cases are not worth the paper they're written on. If you see a guarantee such as "make this in 60 days or we'll give you your money back" simply scroll down to the disclaimer section and read the fine print. Quite often, what's being promised is often contradicted.
- Being asked to part with money to take surveys is a complete no-no. Ask yourself this...do you pay your employer for the privilege of working for them. A legitimate paid survey company makes their money from the companies they are representing. Don't fall for this scam.
- If you cannot find any contact details on the site then give it a wide berth. One rule to live by when doing surveys is if you cannot contact the people you're working for then it's more than likely in the category of online survey scams. You could even go as far as simply ignoring an email contact and demand that there be a phone number you can call.

Need To FindCAPITAL
No matter what the experts say, you can’t even imagine starting a business without at least some start-up finance. I'll repeat that. You need capital. If you [/spin]have enough|can come up with enough[/spin] from your savings, that’s all well and good, but many of us will need help from others (and may need to beg and borrow to achieve your dreams).
So you need to start to think about some of the ways of securing START UP FINANCE.
Can you use your home equity to get the necessary funds for START UP FINANCE?
What are the legal and other considerations in getting START UP FINANCE and loans from family and friends?
What is a promissory note? What has it do with START UP FINANCE?
What are the considerations when taking loans from financial institutions?
What about my spouse’s assets? Can I use them as security for START UP CAPITAL?
Are government loans available?
What about help for women and minorities?
What are the legal considerations in getting contributions from others?
Legally, what’s the difference between active investors and passive investors?
What if I want to have “passive" co-owners? You see, there are so many questions to answer and you really need to seek solid professional advice before making any firm commitment. A few hundred or thousand dollars spent at the start may save you millions down the track.

The Ever Changing World Of Anti Virus Software
If you did a straw poll about the names of the leading antivirus vendors your final list would probably look something like this:
Symantec, McAfee, Computer Associates, and Trend Micro.
These companies have what is considered to be a market-leading presence in the United States ands elsewhere around the world, but it would appear that that corporate software giant that is Microsoft maybe planning to become a key player in the anti virus software market as well.
Microsoft has acquired intellectual property and technology from various companies in this sector in the past, and these acquisitions are rumoured to include behaviour based security software as well as spyware removal software, which manages virus, spam, and phishing filtering (could this be where windows defender found its roots).
There has also been a lot of speculation as to whether Microsoft will try and achieve its own a dominant position in the antivirus market by simply bundling its technologies with the then Microsoft operating system of the day at no apparent cost to the end user.
Microsoft would need to tread carefully if this is the case though because this approach has gotten them in trouble before. Still, the corporation does have very deep pockets and is not afraid of a challenge.
This get to market approach is also similar to techniques applied in other markets such as word processing and Internet browsers.
Of course the existing antivirus vendors would also want to put up a big fight because make no bones about this antivirus software is big business.
The amount of effort to find and provide fixes for the ever increasing number of viruses is truly staggering. Malicious programs are getting more complex by the day and the number of them is increasing often being identified by end users first.
Because of this virtual pandemic many companies may find themselves without the necessary resources to match the efforts required to combat the purveyors of these viruses as they seem truly bent on creating absolute havoc.
Some virus companies are reporting receiving hundreds of new samples each day! And if that is not enough to be worried about these new viruses are getting "smarter" as they are developed to propagate themselves quickly in the host system.
And if that is not enough these viruses are often hidden and are indeed smart enough to move around in a system by renaming themselves in an effort to make detection or removal impossible.
It is not abundantly clear exactly where the industry is heading at the moment but it is expected that this particular technology sector is liable to face a rapidly changing landscape
Make sure you keep your antivirus up to date and don’t become a victim.

Creating Your Own Video Website
Many people are trying to cash in on the phenomenal success of YouTube with 'me too' clones. Everyday a new video site is launched and the overwhelming majority of these sites fail quickly. Why? It's simple. They have no solid marketing plan and YouTube has far too much momentum to ever catch up. When Youtube launched they were the first of their breed which generated its own buzz and users flocked to the service. Now people are used to web-video and YouTube is in the collective consciousness-a household name. Muscling in and getting a piece of the action is going to be difficult.
There are three potential ways to find success with video niche sites.
Plunk down a tidy sum of money and engage in a marketing blitz. This will likely take huge resources and with YouTube dominating the market getting a piece of that pie is going to be next to impossible. But this is a legitimate way to go and other venture capital backed video communities are doing just that. But it will take raising millions of dollars and marketing wisely.
Instead of launching an exact YouTube replica find a way to do it better, do it slightly differently through enhanced or unique features and services or find a niche. A niche could be rap videos, biker videos, sailing videos, you get the idea. Instead of being a generalized video site, drill into a niche and dominate it. You will not get the large traffic numbers YouTube enjoys, but you will likely find a steady stream of targeted traffic and your site will make money. you can see a great way of doing this at Niche Video Site Builder Review
There is a huge network of entertainment websites and these webmasters have essentially banded together to share traffic. What they have on YouTube is they present the viral video cream of the crop. Instead of the user having to sift through the massive library at YouTube to find the best videos, these sites take away that step and present only the best. Filtering has been done for the user which is the attractor to these sites. As a video webmaster you can partner with these sites and start sharing traffic immediately.

Criminal Background Check - Go or No Go?
After being in the private investigation business for a few years I have been flooded with e-mails from people asking me if the Free Criminal Background Checks are worth the time it takes performing them or if they should rather pay for someone to do the checks for them. I have also often been asked what to look for. First let me say that my honest opinion is that most of the free background search possibilities out there are just pure rubbish. Don't bother going down that route. If you are keen on finding some true and accurate information about someone you should really considering hiring a professional or at least accept to pay a few bucks to get the real info.. the truth and nothing but the truth about someone. Some of the Free Criminal Background Services offer even false and terribly wrong information about some people. They are also often incredible time consuming. I would say that if you are looking to gather information about someone, to determine something like an employment or other "important" decisions here are some things you need to know:
Do a complete and thorougher Criminal Background Check, including Criminal Offenses and especially Sexual Offenders. Also make sure you get at least 15 years of detailed history. Actually I only deal with sites offering 20 years of history. This could include info like where the person lived previously including phone number previous roommates and girlfriends.
Then take a close look at arrest records and court warrants across all of the united states! This is important as it can reveal whether someone is trying to "run away from their background".
Have they paid their taxes / tax liens nationwide? Make sure they have. Especially if you are hiring someone to take care of your money or manage your assets. VERY important!
Any federal or civil Judgments nationwide? Also, if you are looking to find a person to trust with your hard earned financials make sure that they have a bankruptcy history that is as white as snow. Check both federal and state bankruptcies records nationwide. Take it from someone who has been seriously burned!
Do they have any scars, body marks, tattoos or other "trade marks"? Not that it really matters in most cases but it always good to know if they actaully are the ones they claim to be or if they have removed their tattoos. Why did they remove them? Also, tattoos can tell much about a person. Someone with a "Gang" tattoo on their chest is most likely not going to get in trouble one way or the other.
Comprehensive background checks should of course also include records on Who their relatives are and where they live and where the person in question was born and when.
Further look for maiden names and marriages, DUI Records and land and properties they may have or do own. AS you might see, the Free Criminal Background Checks you would need to perform in order to collect true and accurate information is a lot and will be extremely time consuming. And time is money. Especially in a business related setting.
If you feel like performing Free Criminal Background Checks, I strongly recommend that you are sure that the info you gather is correct. Do your research properly.

Neural Computing and the Invest
Using Neural Predictions to profit in the stock market
I fell in love with the concept and neural predictions are not only found at stock market.
The underling is this - if we take a very large sampling of data and run it through a computer
- we should be able to tell , with some certainty, the next outcome in a data stream.
Confused?
It is really very simple. Lets say you have a file with
the temperature of your home town at noon for the past 100 years.
That would be a file that contained 36,500 numbers (365 days multiplied by 100).
With all of this data - how close do you think we could predict the temperature of your home town tomorrow.
I would wager we could get within a 10% variance.
Before computers got so fast and so cheap. this would have been an almost impossible task.
But today we can run this calculation within seconds - and we could do it in an in-expensive application such as Excel.
Let me take the temperature analogy a little further because I think it will give you a clear picture of what VantagePoint Software is really doing.. Lets take that 100 years of daily data and answer this question -
if the temperature today was higher than the temperature yesterday - will tomorrows temperature be higher or lower than todays.
I am not asking you to tell me what the actual temperature will be, I just want to know if tomorrows will be
higher or lowers than today. Do you think with all of this data you would be right 8 out of 10 times? Some of you
might say that you do not need a computer to be right only 80% of the time.. But you would need a computer to get you
with any type of accuracy and do it very quickly.
If you wanted to build this application yourself you can look aound for data files on the high and low of a particular market or even stock you want. They should be found pretty easy with a simple google search then look for the function in
Excel.
The challenge is this.. How will you use this data to be profitable? It reminds of a story a great stock market teacher once old me. He said he could give a copy of the tomorrows Wall Street Journal today - and half of those people would
money.
You need to know when the high is, when the low is and what it does when it will hit this mark. The other issue is I can show you all of this - and without proper money management you would still end up broke with an 80% win rate.
If you made a dollar on every correct trade but lost $10 on every wrong one, you would be broke in no time and that would end your stock market career in a hurry..
Look for more graphs of this at $LINK2%
As always - more info can be found at http://vantagepointsoftware.info

Simple Methods To Gain Free Traffic
OK, so you're on a fixed spending plan and you need to build up the traffic to your website. When you build a website, it is incredibly easy to overload your purse, as the upkeep start to escalate. It's now that you realize you need to identify free traffic. How? Well, you may deem it's futile, but it's not. You can uncover truckloads of free traffic, with the only cost to you being energy, purpose and time. If you do make the effort, then you will definitely get the traffic you desire.
• Links
Developing links with other websites is one way to establish traffic to your site. Examine those sites that are similar in stature and compatability with yours. When you discover them, approach the owner and see if they're willing to post a link to your site – ensure that you offer to reciprocate the service to them as well. By doing this, each site will gain an increase of traffic and correspondingly help your search rankings. There are also automatic link swapping programs available, however, I would take care when using these, as you should be aware of everywhere your links are being posted. You most assuredly would not want your link to wind up on an improper site. Furthermore, the link routing will also influence the impact of the link.
An exceedingly simple way to accumulate links back to your site is to write content (or articles) which will be used on other sites. Because you supply articles for placement on other sites, your link remains with the content, supplying a link returning to your own site. This method is especially productive, so make sure you communicate with article directory websites, social bookmarking sites and any other site that should be willing to link back to your site.
• SEO
It could possibly require a large sum of funds to put together an SEO strategy, if you select to go this way. If you could take the time to generate superior articles, utilising suitable keywords, produce a blog which is keyword enriched, construct your links with other sites, you will find steadily but surely, your visitors will increase, with the end result of rising up the rankings. Keep in mind, you need to work with the search engines, creating a strategy that measures up to your visitors needs. By doing this your site will develop a strong footing, that will continue to build and grow well into the future.
• Networking
Networking is still a very valid means of developing traffic. Seemingly, though most of your colleagues will be online these days, in various forums, groups or boards. But the regular process for forging relationships still suit, irrespective of whether you're communicating with someone in person or chatting with them online. Get involved in some internet groups and pick up what your competitors and other marketers are doing with their businesses. Internet communities are terrific places to meet other similar people; find out what's new in the internet marketing field and let them know about what you're doing on your own site. You might even find that your opposition become your customers.
Conclusion
So, in wrapping up, can traffic actually be free? Well, nothing is really ever for free, it just counts on how you want to pay for it. Money? – absolutely you can pay for it if you have a large allowance and funds to spare, but the clever marketer, pays for his traffic with time and energy used to build and develop a superior website, filled with articles that visitors will need and use. Don't fall into the trap of believing you must '’spend money” to “make money”. If you put your time and energy into these tactics, you will be HUGELY pleased at the amount (and speed) of traffic you will build up. Develop a process, stay with it, until the end and you will see the beauty of free traffic and how it builds a thriving business.
Free traffic - To good to be true? Not at all. By using links, SEO and networking, you can easily develop free traffic to your website. Peel Page Ads
One can say that there have been roughly three generations of on page website advertising technologies used thus far on the Internet. This article will provide a brief overview of the advantages and disadvantages of each, and will provide information on the current technology of on page advertising being used, as well as where to find it for the best value for money.
From the late 1990's, the most common form of on page advertising were banner ads. Visitors quickly became "ad blind" to these banners, and would usually ignore them knowing that they were ads. Then we saw a proliferation of the first generation of popups appearing. These would work by opening a new browser window either in front of or behind the user's existing browser session. These were very intrusive and annoying, and the remedy quickly came in the form of popup blockers to automatically block them. Now most browsers come with these popup blockers installed by default on one of more of the browser's toolbars.
The next, or second generation, of popup technology are referred to as dhtml popups. These are less intrusive as they don't actually open up a new browser session but instead overlay a window or a note popup over and within the existing browser session. These are less irritating to visitors, but can still cause irritation to some as they can obscure what you are trying to read, plus some people are put off by windows swirling and flying in from all directions and distracting them from their original purpose of visiting the webpage.
Advertising consultants for larger corporate clients had a challenge: they needed to ensure that the companies that were their bread and butter were receiving a decent return on investment for their advertising dollars, and that they were receiving a worthwhile return on investment for their dollar spend. It was these consulting companies that rose to the challenge and devised a new technology known as page peel ads. These were extremely effective, and the consultants were charging their clients accordingly for the increased results they were seeing, and as a reward for their innovation.
However, this meant that the technology remained outside the realm of the home based business webmaster, due to the fact that most didn't know how to replicate these ads and didn't have the budget to pay to use an advertising firm's proprietary technology.
All this changed in 2007 however, with the apparition of the Peel Away Ads package. The creators of this package had their own version of these flash based peel animations coded and put into a user friendly package affordable to even the most budget conscious webmaster!
You can see an example of this peel ad technology, as well as pick up the software package itself for only $17 at peel away ads. This includes instruction videos showing you how to implement peel pages on your site, and comes inclusive of five additional software packages including two dhtml popup creators, a desktop screen capture and image editing program, as well as software to enable you to add streaming audio to your website. Full help-desk support is also included should you need it to get the peel ads working on your webpage.

Drop Ship Wholesale Directories
As long as there has been internet drop shipping, there have been drop ship directories. It is perhaps these directories that have made internet drop shipping the booming industry that it has become.
After all, it is easy to get sucked into the sales pages and promises of a site of this nature. Who wouldn't want to be able to purchase name brand products at wholesale prices and sell them at huge discounts? Who wouldn't want access to an internet "gold mine" that allows you to sell items over and over again at huge profits?
This is indeed the promise that drop ship wholesale directories seem to push upon the prospective user. By comparing members prices to eBay selling prices or retail prices, there is often a very high perceived margin of profit, and it is extremely tempting for a browser to put down their money and join.
However, there are a few things that one should look for before joining a drop ship wholesale directory.
Among these is a large and regularly updated list of suppliers and wholesale sources. If a user is expecting to make money with a wholesaler or drop ship source, he or she needs to be able to find a directory that updates its list of suppliers on a regular basis. One should be aware of directories that simply compile a list and leave it stagnant over time. Services like this are likely to have outdated sources, expired contacts, and very few quality suppliers lost in the mix.
In addition, a quality wholesale directory has dedicated support for its users. One should be able to contact the company via a phone number, email, forum, or all of the above. In line with this idea, there should be materials that help a user to learn the ropes of how to successfully use the services that the company provides. This may include videos, ebooks, or webinars.
Finally, a quality drop ship wholesale directory should have competitive prices in not only their membership fee, but also the prices of the goods that are supplied. In order to turn a profit, a user must be able to find low enough prices so he or she can sell them for more.
While drop ship directories can make making money on the internet much easier, it is important to research a company before laying down money. Memberships to them can be invaluable tools if used properly, but not all drop ship wholesale directories are created equal.
For more on reputable wholesale directories, see, Doba Review and get the scoop on Worldwide Brands Review.

World Wide Brands Review
One is bound to find many drop ship directories when looking into drop shipping or buying wholesale, and this fact can make choosing the right one a difficult decision. As a result, each different resource should be examined and compared in order to find the right one. While one's research may guide him or her to World Wide Brands, thus prompting a World Wide Brands review, one should consider what should be expected from any drop ship or wholesale resource. The following is a list of criteria that should be kept in mind when shopping for a quality drop ship directory.
First, one should note the number of suppliers that a given drop ship directory has in its database. While some companies will brag about having thousands of suppliers in its directory, it means nothing unless each supplier is of high quality. For this reason, it is important that the company that you select investigates each of the suppliers that it provides. A directory of quality and inspected suppliers is a very valuable resource.
To those new to the wholesaling world, ease of use is one of the most important features of a wholesale directory. A World Wide Brands review will reveal that one has the ability to search by category; that is, drop shipper, bulk wholesaler, liquidator, and/or overseas importer. The best wholesale directories will allow their users to search through the database by product in order to quickly find what one is looking to sell. If a large list is difficult to navigate, then finding the best prices will be a long process.
Even though a World Wide Brands review demonstrates how easy it is to use, one still needs to do proper market research if he or she is hoping to turn a profit. For this reason, whatever drop ship directory you choose should have advanced market research tools. One should be able to see the demand for the product, find hidden niches, and be able to match up products to meet the needs of a certain group of people.
When choosing a company to join, look for the difference between directories that connect you with the website of the suppliers versus those that connect you to a page that looks like a sign up page. While some are upset when directed to a sign up form, some research reveals that registering as a wholesaler allows even new drop shippers and wholesalers to receive the best prices. Those that simply connect you to the website of a supplier often are often either taking a cut of the sale prices or not directing users where they need to be.
There are many choices for drop shippers and wholesalers when researching directories of quality suppliers. The number of suppliers, the quality of suppliers, market research tools, and ease of use should all be considered when choosing a company with which to do business. Finding the right directory can completely revolutionize a business and cause profits to soar.
Although my World Wide Brands review has convinced me that it is the best of its kind, it has a fatal flaw. What is this flaw, and how can you get around it? To find out, read the full World Wide Brands Review.

How to Start An Internet Business
It is true, there are many people making a living online. If you want to be one of them, here are some tips for making money on the internet.
Perhaps you have heard that 95% of people who try to start a home business online actually fail. They eventually give up. They probably have a room full of internet marketing products, many of them still sitting in unopened boxes. What went wrong?
One of the main reasons they fail is lack of action. These people bought every new thing that came out and never spent any time actually doing something that would produce an income.
It is easier to buy a product that promises to help you start a home business online than to spend time working to make the income a reality. After all, most people do not want to work hard. But without action and without hard work a whole house full of internet marketing products will not make you rich.
A membership site might be the best resource and be the most cost effective tool for learning internet marketing. Membership sites have a forum where you can ask questions and get expert advice. They will provide tools for making money online. A good membership site will provide everything you need to succeed.
To start a home business online, choose one way of making money and focus on it. It could be e-books, selling affiliate products, eBay, AdSense, or any number of other things. The Secret To Attracting Hungry Prospects To Your Network Marketing Business
Author of The Renegade Network Marketer, Ann Sieg, has literally forced the network marketing world to sit up and take notice of the message she's blasted out to the MLM world.
Sieg is also attracting some heavyweight interest and has earned the admiration of several big name online entrepreneurs. One of those is Ken Evoy, of Site Build It! fame and they recently teamed up to push the message of using pre-selling as a vital business and relationship building strategy in MLM.
Pre-selling is a powerful tactic used by many of the most successful internet marketers online. As a network marketing tactic, it has been used in the past in the off line world however, only a few have really understood the concept.
Ken Evoy, who has tremendous respect within the online marketing community and who stands as a pillar to budding entrepreneurs has been an exponent of pre-selling for nearly a decade online.
Make a study of the most successful people online and you'll soon discover those who are literally swimming in success are those who understand the concept of pre-selling.
By incorporating it into your Renegade Network Marketer activities, it will be a catalyst for healthy conversion analysis on your websites.
Here's how Ann recently described pre-selling:
"The frame in which someone views a message has more
of an impact on their decision than the message itself."
In a nutshell, it's not the actual sales letter or phone call you make which will clinch the sale but how you warmed up your prospect in the lead up phase.
This is very powerful stuff. Converting prospects to distributors becomes a lot easier once you understand the concept of pre-selling. The easiest way to lose a prospect is to hit them straight up with your sales pitch as soon as they've opted onto your mailing list.
Why not hit them up with useful training material and information instead. Provide them with a wealth of value and you'll soon thaw out any resistance or suspicion they may first have.
The process is not a one or two email affair; it takes time but oh how it's worth it in the end. You will have shown your prospect that you know your business and they will more than likely want to be a part of the business opportunity you're involved in.
If you've read the Renegade Network Marketer, then you understand the power of this concept as a network marketing prospecting tool.

Paid Survey Scams - 4 Ways To Avoid Getting Burned By Survey Scams
Have you lost money to paid survey scams online? Don't worry, you're not alone. The question keeps being asked as to why people keep falling for these rip-off schemes?
That's easy. The chance of earning an easy payday for doing virtually nothing. It's human nature and the bad news is it will never change. That's good news for online survey scammers but there are some ways you can protect yourself from falling victim.
This article is directed at those making their first impressions online because you’re the people who are usually targeted.
Let's cut straight to the chase.
How To Avoid Paid Survey Scams Online
Here's a shortlist of ways to avoid being a scam victim:
1. Head to a paid survey forum online. These are excellent resources for information about what's hot and what should be avoided. Many of these forums sometimes resemble a battlefield of innocent people who have had the misfortune of having their money taken.
2. Ask friends and relatives. This is still the safest way to be sure whether a survey opportunity is legitimate however, most times people you know either have never taken a survey before or they have never come across the one you're asking about. But it never hurts to ask.
3. Shy away from outrageous claims. Things like testimonials can easily be fabricated so be wary. documented evidence of pay days are another sign you should take what you read with a "pinch of salt." As far as guarantees are concerned, head to the disclaimer pages and tick off the contradictions.
4. If a site is making an offer and asking you to part with money then check the contact details. Can you contact them either by phone or email. Preferably both but definitely via the phone. This is a solid way to avoid paid survey scams online.

Automating Your Online Business - The 'Reflection' Stage
The “reflection” stage is probably the most important component of the internet business automation process. It is where you ask the “BIG” questions … the most important questions you will ever ask about your business and about your life, like “why” is it that you want to build an automated online business, “what” having a fully automated online business means to you, “how” much time, effort and money you will commit to achieving your goals, “where” you will conduct your business and “who” you will do business with, and so on.
Let me give you an example, so you can understand how important this stage really is …
Let’s start with the end result in mind. Imagine that you now own a fully automated online business … a completely orchestrated “vending machine” that can run 24 hours a day and 7 days a week without you … automatically prospecting for new leads, finding you new customers, guiding them through the sales process, addressing their concerns and objections, delivering their purchases securely and on time, collecting and depositing money from the sales it makes directly into your bank account, and providing not only excellent after sales services, but also making “backend sales” to your existing customers.
Maybe you can’t, or don’t want to see yourself developing a fully automated online business. Maybe you would be happy if you just reached the stage where you have a profitable online business with efficient systems that DOES require you to be present. If that idea feels more comfortable to you, then that’s ok. Most people cannot imagine themselves making money without being actively involved in the creation of their own income.
In fact, many people I’ve come across who have thought about creating a passive, or residual income stream, only have a distorted understanding of what passive income really means. They may have picked up the notion from a network marketing presentation or a real estate investment seminar that residual income is “doing the work once, and getting paid over and over again for their one-time effort.”
While this is a compelling and seductive way to present the concept of passive income - and getting people to sign up to a network marketing company or real estate investing course -- it doesn't get people thinking about what the "whole" concept really means, or the challenges that lay ahead for anyone who decides to actually go ahead and create a passive income.
Let me illustrate to you a more challenging definition of residual income.
Residual income, or passive income, is the process of making yourself redundant to the creation of your own income.
Read the above statement again, and let what it implies to sink in. You will see that there is nothing “easy” or “simple” about the process of making yourself redundant to the creation of your own income. In fact, it is probably one of the hardest challenges you can undertake. When it comes to making money, it is far easier to “step in” to the picture and use your ego, knowledge, skills, charisma, power of persuasion, sales ability, resources and personal experience to “make it happen”, than it is to “step out” of the picture and have systems run everything for you … and do the same or a better job without you!
So, the first question you should ask yourself if you are attracted to the idea of owning an automated online business that can create an ongoing stream of passive income for you is ... "why" do you want to do this?
Why do you want to own an automated online business? Why not work in a job where you can get paid well and not have to take home the pressures or responsibilities of ownership? Or, if being your own boss is important, why not just own a traditional business that doesn’t require automation? Like being a doctor, or a plumber, or a professional of some kind?
My guess is that “freedom” is your main motivator. In fact, if you are as obsessed as I am about the idea of owning automated online businesses that can create an ongoing stream of passive income for you, then your motivation may be a combination of wanting to have both "time freedom" AND "money freedom" in your life.
To have these freedoms be manifested in your life, requires first that you spend a serious amount of time engaged in deep, active, reflection ...

Portal Feeder 2.0 - Pre-Launch Support Before You Join
The build-up to any major internet marketing launch can be somewhat intimidating especially if you're relatively new to online marketing.
Getting inundated from all directions by marketing and promotion, the bulk of it hype, can either convince you to try the offering or simply hit the unsubscribe button. Which category do you fall in?
At The Portal Feeder Review, we're not about convincing you but more about giving you the facts so you can make your own informed decision. How do you know that by joining a membership like Portal Feeder 2.0 you'll achieve internet marketing success? Well, you don't.
Yes, you've heard a lot in the past week about how it can transform your online fortunes. Let me make one thing blatantly clear - Portal Feeder won't transform anything for you unless you're prepared to take action.
Portal Feeder will give you the light but you need to turn on the light switch. Sadly, that's what 95% of budding internet marketers don't do. They want the magic button but it doesn't exist.
It's refreshing to learn then that three of Portal Feeder's inner circle have got together and come up with a way for you to at least get some insight into what a Portal Feeder 2.0 membership can do for you. They're offering a live chat support line which you can plug into to and ask your most pressing questions prior to and during the launch period.
It's pretty unique to say the least. Most times, prospective membership seekers will only have the marketing hype to go on with and a bunch of testimonials which in today's online climate, start to wear a little thin. That's because some unsavory marketers in the past have de-valued testimonials by...well, you get the picture.
You now get the opportunity to chat with not just a real live person, but a hardened Portal Feeder warrior who has been there from day one and who has utilized the resources of the membership to build a successful online business.
Just look for the blue live chat support button and get a sneak peek at what's inside. Then you can decide for sure if a Portal Feeder membership is what you need at this stage of your online marketing career.

Keyword Research - How To Use Forums For Profitable Keyword Research
Finding profitable keywords to work a marketing campaign around has become a heck of a lot more difficult than it used to be. If experienced internet marketers find it tough then what hope do freshman online marketers have.
Using expensive keyword research tools can certainly cut down a lot of time and effort but are you any better off for using them. Yes, that sounds like a strange statement but it's aimed at the new guy or gal coming online wanting to get a grasp of what internet marketing is all about.
One of the best tactics in finding a potentially winning keyword to either build a site around or write an article on is to check the forums on that topic. This means doing a check online to see if there are any forums relating to the term you've chosen.
For example, let's choose bamboo. By doing a search for bamboo forums in Google we get a return of almost two million results. We're obviously not going to check each one of these results and will concentrate on the first few. In fact, for the sake of keeping this article to a reasonable length let's just check the first one in the results.
What you are aiming for is to look for terms bamboo enthusiasts would use and which are familiar to them. The term bamboo itself is very competitive with almost 38 million results while an all-in-title search yielded 1.2 million. Too competitive.
Looking through some of the forum posts and one quickly picks up on some of the lingo. Words such as bamboo furniture, bamboo water fountain, bamboo flooring, bamboo sheets and classical bamboo jump out at you. There are many more but you get the picture.
This type of keyword research will yield some good results. When you have a list of words and terms, do an all-in-title search and if the results return a figure of less than one thousand, then you have a potentially profitable term.

Why Old School Network Marketing Is Dead
If you are a struggling network marketer then you need to re-think your marketing and promotion strategies.
Let's see, your list has run dry and your racking your brain trying to come up with more names you can pitch your offer too. You've gone through literally hundreds of people you know; relatives, friends, occasional acquaintances and you've even contacted people you haven't seen for 20-30 years!
The result? Very little in the way of sign ups and worse still, you've alienated some of your family.
Okay, by now you probably don't like me but before you hit the back button, let me explain why using old school network marketing methods is only going to hurt your business growth. It's hit and miss. It's not targeted lead generation. You're hoping in most cases you don't get a mouth full of abuse in fact, the fear of rejection is pretty high.
So how can you turn things around? Easy. Many network marketers struggle to get to first base most times because they give up out of frustration. Not only that, they cannot afford to lose too much money. Just check the "MLM Death Notices." Wow!
In her book "The Renegade Network Marketer" Ann Sieg made some interesting observations about old school network marketing . Basically, it's dead.
Creating cash flow on the front end in your network marketing business means you can concentrate on building it instead of watching your bank account when the next autoship payment is due. This is part of the new wave MLM lead generation.
The new wave of successful MLM'ers are using targeted lead generation methods which are attracting hordes of hungry prospects to them wanting to hear what they have to offer. How? By pre-selling them before they even get to hear about the opportunity.
What's pre-selling? It's a tactic employed successfully by some of the most successful online entrepreneurs of the last decade and it's only now that smart network marketers are realizing the power of this method in attracting targeted prospects to their business.
Imagine, no more worrying about whether you'll be accused of running a pyramid scam.

Finally…A Portal Feeder Bonus That Makes Sense!
It’s always interesting to watch an internet marketing launch simply to see what bonuses are being offered as an incentive to join by respective online marketers. I don’t know about you but I get a little fed up with the offerings for two reasons; if the service is so good such as the Portal Feeder membership training grounds are, then why would anyone need a bribe two join.
Secondly, the bribes themselves usually consist of a swag of eBooks or software and free consultation bonuses but again, if a membership like Portal Feeder prides itself on being self-sufficient and has everything an internet marketer needs to grow a successful business, then why would anyone need anything else cluttering up their hard drive. In all probability, it’s stuff they will never ever use.
So I was pleased to learn that three of Portal Feeder’s inner circle mentors have got together to provide something a little more unique in the way of bonuses. As far as a Portal Feeder bonus is concerned, it makes sense.
So what’s the bonus? Two fully functioning monetized websites.
You see, when you join Portal Feeder 2.0, there is a period of learning one must undergo and this can be a little daunting especially for someone with little internet marketing experience. One can become a little overwhelmed and suffer the scourge of internet marketing related diseases in paralysis analysis.
The benefit of a Portal Feeder bonus which immediately earns a new member the right to two potentially profit-making websites is; it will reduce the anxiety of wanting to be in profit mode as quickly as possible.
For example, when you join a membership which requires a monthly membership to stay on board, a member can quickly have the fear of that membership fee hanging over his/her head and instead of concentrating on making inroads on their learning curve, they get consumed with feelings of “well, I can try this for a month and see how it goes.”
If you think like this then don’t join Portal Feeder 2.0. On the other hand, if you’re serious about becoming successful online and don’t mind putting in the hard yards for a few months then join Portal Feeder.
The beauty of scoring two free websites built from the ground up for you is they will more than likely be in profit mode within a couple of months and it eases the tension of you wanting to get your first site on the internet highway. You can concentrate on the training without the distraction of putting your first site together.
Your learning curve will also be shortened considerably because the sites will be built on your account meaning you can log into your Portal Feeder 2.0 software at anytime and see exactly how the professionals put it together, brick-by-brick.
It’s the most sensible Portal Feeder bonus we’ve seen so far this time around…finally!

Portal Feeder Bonus - Two Free Websites When You Join
The announcement by Portal Feeder last week that they were giving away free their back link superstar Comment Kahuna has the internet marketing world pretty excited.
Comment Kahuna would fetch a minimum of $97 on the open market and has been one of the star players in the Portal Feeder line-up for the past year.
Now, as an extra Portal Feeder bonus for joining, three members of it's inner circle have announced an extra incentive for joining when it launches.
Two fully functional websites will be built from the ground up as a way of getting new members away to a flying start and to beat any feeling of being overwhelmed.
One of the problems with joining a successful membership such as Portal Feeder is the early learning curve required when you join and quite frankly, if you're not prepared to put in some quality learning time this isn't really for you.
There will be no Portal Feeder bonus such as eBooks which have been read by just about everyone, no fantastic software bribes because all the tools you require to build a successful online business are already in the Portal Feeder 2.0 armory, or any free consultation bonuses simply because you'll receive that anyway as part of your membership through Portal Feeder's support system which includes six specialist mentors who will "ride shotgun" with new members during their initiation period.
Instead, the Portal Feeder bonus and gift of two fully functioning monetized websites , a portal and a blog, will give a new member an excellent chance of earning profits in their first couple of months while they go through the training. It takes the pressure off a bit because when you're paying for a membership you instinctively want to be earning money as quickly as possible.
The advantage of having a website built for you with the Portal Feeder 2.0 software is it will lessen your learning curve considerably because you can go through the inner workings of the software and see exactly how all the dots were connected. In other words, when your site is built with Portal Feeder 2.0 , it's just a matter of opening up that site pack and seeing exactly how it was built.

Portal Feeder - How To write Unique Content The Search Engines Love!
Writing content for your websites is a time consuming exercise particularly if you lack writing skills. The reason you write your own content is to come up with your own unique piece of real estate.
The search engines love unique content however, coming up with it on your own is not an appealing prospect to most people.
Well, you can outsource the work to ghost writers and while this is a good way of making sure your content is unique, it can be very costly when you're starting out as an internet marketer.
This tip is right from the Portal Feeder training manual and used effectively by members.
Adding Commentaries
Article directories are a great source for content. However, if every one starts grabbing their articles from these directories and putting them on their sites then eventually, duplicate content is going to be an issue. If your site is new, you will have no chance of getting ranked ahead of a site which has been around for awhile and has good page rank.
So what can you do? Simple, just add commentaries. Adding commentaries to your sourced articles means you are putting your own slant on the article.
For example, if your topic is parenting and you grab an article from a directory which relates to a specific aspect of parenting don't just add it to your site, add a 50-100 word commentary to it.
Don't change the article structure though. All you need to do is read the article thoroughly and then comment on it. Give your thoughts on the author's opinion or tips and add it as an introduction to the article. In this way, you are not interfering with the article content but with your added piece, you've just added unique content to your site.
One more thing, don't tamper with the resource box. This is a powerful tip from the Portal Feeder training grounds and a great way to add unique content to your website.

Network Marketing - Why Pre-Selling Will Put Your MLM Lead Generation On Steroids
The art of pre-selling is a skill not many online employ and those who do make up the bulk of the 5% of people who succeed. Can pre-selling be applied to explode your network marketing business?
Ann Sieg touched on some very important points in her book "The Renegade Network Marketer" and opened the eyes of many struggling network marketers who were simply "fumbling around in the dark" trying to get their businesses off the ground.
Creating a consistent cash flow from the front end was unheard of in the MLM business world not too long ago but since the internet is now being finally recognized as a powerful way to target the right leads, network marketing promotion will be turned on it's head in the next 12-24 months.
Old School Resistance
There's a famous quote from the "Star Trek" series used by a race called the "Borg." They assimilate other beings into their collective and their message to those who try and escape their clutches is..."resistance is futile."
Well, the old school network marketers still persist in teaching those now archaic hit and miss methods such as "every one is a prospect who is within arm's length" and just have faith in the system. The truth is, the old network marketing recruiting system is crumbling.
Pre-Selling
Successful affiliate marketers have used pre-selling very successfully for many years. Online guru Ken Evoy is one of the pioneers of the concept online. As a lead generation tactic in network marketing, it can literally put your recruiting efforts on steroids.
It's not the message which your prospect reads or hears which will have them saying yes to your offer but what they read and heard leading up to that offer. It's building a relationship with them and by the time they get your offer, most times they are already convinced it's what they want.
